Accompanying adults
A parent must register and participate together with a child in elementary-school grade 4; children in grades 5–6 attending alone must be dropped off and picked up by a parent; nonparticipants may not enter the room to observe
Facilities
Strollers can be stored on the first floor; elementary-school children and younger must be accompanied by a guardian for regular museum visits; rest areas on floors 2 and 4 give priority to groups and events. Check museum guidance before using strollers or the large elevator on the second floor and above
