Editorial introduction
This is not a children’s exhibition, but it offers a rewarding cultural experience for families. Children can enjoy a vivid visual experience through bold colors, patterns, clothing, textiles, and architectural details without reading lengthy explanations; parents can then explain how a design becomes fabric and clothing. With free admission for junior high school students and younger, plus support from the Embassy of Finland, it is a compelling option for exploring international design culture.
