What can we help your family solve?

From comparing options to understanding the reply, Kodomo Liaison helps make the next step clear.

01

Help you choose

We organise public class, camp or school options by age, schedule, location, language and budget. Parents make the final choice; we do not promise a best option, availability or admission.

02

Help you ask

Using official information, we prepare questions about eligibility, dates, fees and current availability. The provider’s latest information and reply remain authoritative.

03

Help you prepare

We turn materials, deadlines and next steps into a checklist and explain form and document requirements. We do not promise to manage the entire enrolment or application, or guarantee an outcome.

04

Help you communicate

After you approve and authorise contact, we translate documents, emails and replies and coordinate communication so questions and answers are conveyed clearly.

05

Help you follow up

We summarise the reply, open questions and next steps. Support stays within the agreed scope and period; it is not open-ended follow-up.

These five areas describe our overall capability. They do not mean every standard plan includes every task or unlimited follow-up. Exact tasks and timing follow your plan or individual quote.

How we support you

Within the agreed scope, we turn documents, questions and communication into practical next steps for your family.

Understand the documents

Read enrolment or Japanese international school application materials in your language, with clear explanations of the original requirements.

Express your own questions

Organise what your family wants to ask and faithfully translate the content you have written.

Keep communication moving

Get help with authorised emails, translated replies and progress updates on the agreed tasks.

Language should not stand between you and a choice

Unfamiliar school systems, difficult application documents and uncertainty about what to ask are challenges we have repeatedly seen while helping families. Liaison grew from that experience: understand the information, organise the questions and faithfully convey both sides, so parents can get information at its source and decide with confidence.

Support plans

Support covers one agreed project, service period and listed tasks, including related document translation and email communication. Emails are not charged individually. Additional schools, a different project or additional scope require a separate agreement.

Frequently asked questions

When is Liaison useful?

If you have found a camp, class or international school in Japan but find the documents difficult or are unsure what to ask, we help translate the information and organise your questions. Parents make the choices and application decisions.

How do I choose between Basic and Plus?

Basic supports enrolment communication for one camp or class. Plus supports translation and communication for one application to one international school in Japan. Neither includes consulting; school selection or education planning requires an individual custom quote.

What should I prepare before contacting you?

Share the official programme or school link, application documents you already have, any known deadline and your main questions. Tell us the languages you need first; you do not need to send all your family documents at the outset.

How do we get started?

For now, contact us to explain your needs; online paid applications are not open. Once paid services open, we will confirm the project, scope and specific dates before payment, then start according to the agreed schedule after payment is confirmed.

Can we still contact the school or provider directly?

Yes. We faithfully translate your questions and the replies. If we contact a provider on your behalf, we confirm the content and obtain your permission first. Parents make important decisions, and each provider must confirm whether it accepts this communication arrangement.

Which languages and service hours are available?

Tell us if you need Chinese, Japanese, English or Korean. We confirm the language pair and documents first; every document is not automatically translated into all four languages. Service hours are weekdays, 9:00–18:00 JST, closed weekends. We cannot control provider reply times.

What needs an individual quote?

Consulting, multiple schools or projects, a change of project or work beyond the agreed scope needs a separate quote and your agreement before we proceed. Admission, availability and the speed of a provider’s reply are not guaranteed.

What this service does not cover
  • We do not provide full admissions management or act as an admissions agent. Admission, availability and provider replies are not guaranteed.
  • Visa services, hotel or accommodation arrangements and legal advice are not included.
  • Where specialist consulting is to be provided by a platform tutor or another independent professional, we first confirm availability, the actual provider and fees. It is outside the standard plans.
  • We do not ask for your email password. Before forwarding information, we confirm the recipient, information and purpose, and obtain your permission.
  • We do not make admissions decisions for parents or provide school-selection strategy or interview coaching. We do not write answers where the school prohibits AI or requires the parent’s own response.

Language options

Chinese, Japanese, English and Korean

The language pair is confirmed during assessment. This does not include every document in all four languages or mean that each provider speaks all four.
