Additional fee notes

Both current seasonal price tables show KRW 506,000 (Approx. ¥59,000) for one child’s one-week half-day course; Kids Day Camp is KRW 1,316,000 (Approx. ¥154,000) for one week, KRW 2,560,000 (Approx. ¥299,000) for two weeks, or KRW 4,842,000 (Approx. ¥566,000) for four. These are exact published duration totals, not divided weekly estimates or a parent-child package. Day fees include the listed activities/lunch but lodging, flights, parent expenses, insurance and airport pickup are separate. Taxes/registration and later transport top-ups are not itemised, so examples remain base-only pending a final invoice. Foreign-currency displays are reference-only.

JPY estimates use 2 October 2026 reference rates, normally rounded to ¥1,000, with whole-yen values near filter boundaries. Payment rates and fees differ. Rates and sources

What the days look like

Language study is in the morning, marketed as four classroom hours per weekday; day camp continues with lunch and city activities plus Saturday outings. Half-day includes lessons and lunch but no afternoon or Saturday activities. The public checklist includes textbooks and visa support; day campers also get a precharged transport card. Exact pickup times and public-holiday adjustments need confirmation. One-week is the published minimum; there is no verified three-day course.

Parents, accommodation and transport

Kids day and half-day participants stay with their parents. Day campers return to family care every evening and on Sundays; airport pickup and the formal guardian programme are excluded. Residential alternatives have separate prices. The summer camp lists 5 Seogang-ro 3-gil, Mapo; the winter page lists the school at 2 F, 404-29 Seogyo-dong. Verify the actual classroom address before selecting family lodging.

Why it is in this guide

This is the same provider as the Taipei profile but a materially different Korean-language programme in Seoul. A half-day option preserves family sightseeing time; the day option adds guided cultural practice. One-, two- and four-week published prices fit short study without term enrolment.

Who it may suit

Best for ages 7–11 travelling with an adult who can provide accommodation and out-of-camp care. Beginners have specific intake dates, so build the trip around the child’s level. Children should be comfortable working in a small group and asking staff for help.

What to weigh up

Four advertised classroom hours can be demanding for younger children. The live general terms define a lesson as 50 minutes including a short break, while older school FAQs say 55 minutes; do not treat the marketing “20 hours” as 20 clock-hours of teaching. The junior terms expect children to raise routine organisational matters directly with staff; clarify age-appropriate parent communication. Summer and winter use different advertised addresses.

Operating history and evidence

A detailed independent parent comment dated 28 July 2024 describes one week of custom tutoring followed by two camp weeks: the first format disappointed, but school-based classes, flexible outings and advance parent messages worked better. It is one self-reported family, not proof of typical learning gains. Provider-selected parent videos are separate marketing evidence; adult-school ratings are not used. The account and current seasonal sites establish recurrence.

Parent’s completed Seoul camp account

A family reports one custom-tutor week followed by two camp weeks. On-campus classes, outings and proactive messages were more successful than the initial hotel tutoring.

One self-reported family and older intake. Their teaching and transport details are historical, not a 2027 contractual promise.

Before you book

Confirm beginner placement, the precise lesson length, Sunday arrival/Monday teaching, holiday closures, daily pickup and the seasonal campus. Get an itemised KRW invoice and clarify parent communication, walking/public-transport demands, diet support and refund deductions. Do not rely on an older agency’s age bands or beginner dates over the dedicated current tables.

Cancellation and refunds

Location-specific terms describe Seoul course refunds of 100% before starting, two-thirds before one-third completion, then 50% before halfway, and none thereafter. Accommodation instead follows the general 14-day/70%/50% schedule, with additional change restrictions. General terms also state a USD 150-equivalent processing deduction plus bank charges; the landing page uses a different two-week banner. Obtain the actual net refund and course/accommodation split in writing; visa-support and force-majeure restrictions may apply.
