Reviews
Highlights
I had no interest in Sanrio, but the shows moved me and won me over to the characters.
Character photos delighted me, and the changing and nursing facilities were clean and easy to use.
Drawbacks
I struggled with greeting reservations, though luckily I did meet my favourite, My Melody.
With so many changes in level inside, I would not recommend a stroller.
I found there were relatively few rides.
Frequently asked questions
Is a visit reservation enough for Sanrio Puroland?
No. You need both a reservation and a passport. The official ePassport includes the reservation; check whether other tickets include it and reserve separately if they do not.
Can families spend the day there when it rains?
Yes. Shows, rides, greetings and meals are indoors, though the walk from Tama-Center Station takes about five minutes outside.
What should families with babies know?
The level 1 Baby Center supports nursing, bottles and baby food. Bring a carrier because strollers are restricted on levels 1–2 on weekends, holidays and 18:00-closing weekdays.

- Toilets and nursing:The level 1 Baby Center has a family nursing room, private nursing rooms, bottle/baby-food kitchen and changing tables
- Food:Several restaurants and cafes are inside; eating outside show peaks can reduce queues
