Check dolphin, sea-lion and seal show times first, then fit the tunnel tank and galleries between them.
Use the aquarium as a half-day anchor, adding the park if children have energy and allowing time back to the station.
- This venue is near Omori-kaigan, not Aqua Park by Shinagawa Station; tickets are not interchangeable.

We found plenty to do: animal talks, shows, behind-the-scenes tours and feeding experiences.
I was delighted to see dolphins and penguins much closer than I expected.
Drawbacks
On the weekend, arriving fifteen minutes before the show was still too late for a seat.
On our Saturday visit, the free bus from Oimachi filled up.
