ExperienceHighlights
Use the underground passage to Azabudai Hills Garden Plaza B B1. This is Borderless, not Toyosu's Planets or the former Odaiba venue.
Explore without a fixed route through Bubble Universe, crystal-light spaces and drawing interactions; return to rooms as the art changes.
- There is no venue map, with dark spaces and mirrored floors. Stay together and shorten the visit for light- or sound-sensitive children.
- Strollers must be stored, there is no nursing room inside and re-entry is prohibited; feed and eat before entering.
Reviews
Highlights
My kid had a great time at the crayon drawing exhibit
Returning to the same place later, the scenery and art had changed; that was part of the fun.
Drawbacks
The images were beautiful, but I felt dizzy; above all, the strong smell left me exhausted.
My child kept saying it was scary and wanted carrying throughout. I knew, but one year old was still too young for us.
we arrived for the final time slot and didn’t get to see it all.
Frequently asked questions
How do Azabudai Borderless and Toyosu Planets differ?
Borderless is in Azabudai Hills, with free-roaming light, mirror and drawing experiences. Planets is in Toyosu, with barefoot water works, gardens and physical interaction. Each requires its own ticket.
Can we bring a stroller or leave to nurse a baby?
Strollers stay in the luggage room. There is no nursing room inside and no re-entry, so use Azabudai Hills nursing facilities before entering with a carrier.
How does a Flexible Pass differ from standard admission?
An Entrance Pass specifies date and time. A Flexible Pass specifies a date but allows arrival before that day's last entry. It is not valid on other dates and does not skip entry queues.
What if we arrive late or need to change or cancel?
Follow your exact ticket and original seller's terms. Official-site change rules do not automatically apply to other tickets, and a review describing an exception does not guarantee late admission.
